Robinson Kenning & Gallagher were approached by Network Rail to deliver the project from Grip Stage 1-8. The scheme has been nominated by NR for a RICS regeneration Award 2017. It consists of 7 no retail units; 3 arches are being used as theatre spaces, 3 as restaurants and 1 as a specialist fitness gym. The remaining 4 no. Arches are high spec BREEAM rated Very Good offices to CAT B fit out level.
RKG acting as Lead Consultant, Architects and Project Managers through the grip stages. The scheme incorporates Public feature artwork lighting Cyclorama by Artist Rachel Wilberforce and was commissioned by Network Rail in collaboration with Southwark Council, Better Bankside.
Project Value approx. £4M. The scheme is regarded as one of Network Rail Property Commercial Estates most significant projects.
