Block of Twenty Apartments with Communal Facilities and Six ‘Link-Detached’ Houses for the Housing Trust
Robinson Kenning & Gallagher were initially commissioned by the Housing Trust to prepare design proposals for the site in Tulse Hill, Lambeth. Mizen Design/Build Ltd were contracted to develop the site and RKG were retained to produce Building Regulation and Construction drawings.
The scheme part five, part six-storey development comprises a block of 20no. One, two and three bed units with lift access, communal facilities and basement parking (accessed directly off Trinity Rise) for cycles and 9no.cars. The project was designed and developed in close liaison with the Local Borough Council so that the London stock brick and render building was carefully integrated into the existing streetscene.
